Walt says: “Here are a couple of versions of a song that starts by considering Earth’s nearest celestial neighbor, then goes on by a stunning evolution to speak of love. A daring gambit, but these lads have always been way out in front. For the second take, Tristan plugged his sleek Peavey Cirrus into the mixing console and served us up a swingin’ smorgasbord of sultry subterranean sounds.”
