Walt says: “It looks like it’s going to take at least four tries to get this one right, judging from these first three. Number one seems like a promising start, but the otherwise valuable addition of Tristan on bass in the second take apparently distracted Nick so severely that half the lyrics and most of the notes went out the window. Finally, the third version turns once again to the band’s favorite folly, the whistling intro.”
